    M.D. Council is proposing amendments to Bylaw No. 1667, being the Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 Land Use Bylaw, as follows: Part 2 – MUNICIPAL OFFICES Section 9 – Development Officer Section 10 – Municipal Planning Commission Part 3 – DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS Section 14, When a Development Permit is Not Required Section 17, Development Permit Referrals Section 18, Development Permit Decisions Section 20, Variance Authority Part 5 – CONTRAVENTION AND ENFORCEMENT Section 28 – Stop Order Section 29 – Penalties Addition to Part 8 – Definitions be amended to include: Non-residential Development Peace Officer Residential Development Violation Tag Violation Ticket Objections to the proposed bylaws may be made and discussed during the public hearing. Submissions to the Public Hearing should be made in writing. See Related Documents section for A copy of the proposed bylaws. Any written submissions must be provided two days prior to the scheduled hearing date.
