[ARCHIVED] M.D. Recreation Park Survey Postcards Coming Soon

DSC00466

March 1, 2019 - The Municipal District of Bonnyville is conducting a feasibility study to further explore the potential benefits, options, and viability of developing a new outdoor recreation park. The potential site could be located near the intersection of Highway 28 and 611B (across Highway 28 from Vezeau Beach) and could include amenities such as ball diamonds, sport fields, sport courts, camping, play spaces, and open space.

In the next week, postcards with a unique access code will be sent out to M.D. and Bonnyville area residents. If you receive a postcard in the mail, please follow the directions and complete the survey.

If you do not receive a postcard, you can still complete the survey by visiting the project website: http://md.bonnyville.ab.ca/403/Recreation-Needs

The study is scheduled for completion later this spring and will be used by M.D. Council to help inform future decisions and partnership discussions on the potential project. The public, taxpayers and stakeholders will also have an opportunity to review the draft concept plans and study outcomes (recommendations, cost impacts, etc.) later in the spring before the study is finalized.
