The Municipal District of Bonnyville is now accepting bids for its former Public Safety office, located at 5004 – 54 Avenue in the Town of Bonnyville.
The land area is 17,100 square feet and is zoned as Commercial Transition. The building, built in 1990, is 3,968 square feet.
The building has two garage bays, meeting room, offices, locker room and server room. Furniture is not included.
Sealed bids will be accepted until Friday, June 30, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. at the M.D. Administration Offices at 4905-50 Avenue in Bonnyville.
