Any person claiming to be affected by the said development may appeal to the Development Appeal Board by serving written notice of appeal, containing reasons, to the Secretary of the Development Appeal Board, in person to 4905-50 Avenue, Bonnyville, Alberta, T9N 2J7. This notice must be received WITHIN 14 DAYS. Your written notice of appeal will be considered a public document.
