PUBLIC HEARING

Take notice that a Public Hearing to consider Bylaw No. 1830 – Public Notification Bylaw will be held on January 10, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. in the Municipal District of Bonnyville Council Chambers (4905–50 Avenue, Bonnyville, AB). At this time, written and verbal submissions may be presented to Council. Submissions may be made by any person(s) who claim to be affected by the proposed bylaw or from any other person whom the Council agrees to hear. 

Bylaw No. 1830, being the Public Notification Bylaw, shall establish methods for advertising information required by the Municipal Government Act.

The Public Hearing will allow written and verbal submissions to be presented to Council. Submissions may be made by any person(s) who claims to be affected by the proposed bylaw or from any other person whom the Council agrees to hear.
