Public Hearing - Bylaw No. 1825 Licensing Agreement for Temporary Occupation and Use of Roadway

PUBLIC HEARING


Take notice that a Public Hearing to consider Bylaw No. 1825 will be held on January 24, 2023, at 10:45 a.m. in the M.D. of Bonnyville Council Chambers (4905 – 50th Avenue, Bonnyville, AB) at which time written and verbal submissions may be presented to Council. Submissions may be made by any person(s) who claim to be affected by the proposed bylaw or from any other person whom the Council agrees to hear. 

Bylaw No. 1825 which grants a license for the temporary occupation or use of a roadway, pursuant to Section 13(1)(o) of the Traffic Safety Act, Chapter T-6, R.S.A. 2000, is described as follows:

Roadway in Plan 5160 TR, Block 4, within NW 5-61-6-W4M, an area of approximately 490.53 square meters described as follows: 

  • 24.38 meters along the north boundary of Lot 7 and part of the south boundary of Lot 5; and 
  • 20.12 meters along part of the east boundary of Lot 6 and 24.38 meters east within the roadway, being Spruce Crescent adjacent.

Any written submissions that are mailed, e-mailed (planning@md.bonnyville.ab.ca), faxed, or delivered to M.D. of Bonnyville by noon, January 9, 2023, will be included in the Council agenda. Individuals wishing to make verbal submissions at the Public Hearing are also requested to register by the January 9, deadline

Individuals wishing to make a verbal presentation at the January 24, 2023, Public Hearing will be requested to register on the designated sign-in sheet as either in support or in opposition of the proposed bylaw subject to the Public Hearing. 

Should you make a written or verbal submission, the information you provide along with your name and legal address will be made public, subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
