Whether your subdivision application is for a third acreage out of your quarter section or for an intensive multi-parcel country residential development, the Municipal Government Act dictates that a common process must be followed. 

The Municipal District of Bonnyville, like all other Alberta municipalities, follows the procedures outlined in the Municipal Government Act (Section 653) and the Subdivision and Development Regulations (Sections 4-7).
